Well Lonny knows it's officially summer when Flag Football starts up again! A group of guys from my work and Safeway got together this morning to play a few hours at a park by our house.
Baxter and I walked there to be the cheerleaders then we walked back home. In total it was a 3 mile walk. Not too bad since Lonny and I rode our bikes for a little over 10 miles this morning and worked out the gym for a good 40 minutes. It's exercise Saturday! Gotta go.
