2nd Dentist appointment

Sophia had her second dentist appointment today. She was pretty excited (let's let her stay excited...it quickly will pass with age).

We take her to Burg Pediatric dentistry. They do a great job of making the experience fun for the kids.


She's preparing for X-Rays. Her bones and teeth are healthy (with exception of some wear and tear on some of her teeth due to grinding her teeth at night, which the dentist said was normal). We could see her adult teeth behind the baby teeth ready to come through in the next year or two).

She's watching the movie Rio on the ceiling TV.

The dentist assistant was great in showing Sophia all the tools that she would be using. She even let them try them out herself.

When she was done she got the super hero mask! She was brave!  I love how excited her dentist was with her!  It made her feel special.

Then she helped the dentist assistant clean her puppy, Zoe's teeth.

Phew, so glad she enjoyed the experience!
