Trick or Treating

Halloween 2011 was Sophia's 3rd Halloween.  This year she really understood what Halloween was all about.  I think that had a lot to do with her daycare as they talked alot about dressing up, monsters, witches, candy, and trick or treating.

Before we headed out, she had to practice.  She practiced on Daddy.  She'd knock on our door and shout "trick or treat" then after dad gave her a treat she was said "thank you".

We were pretty anxious to start the fun.  But, we had to wait.  She was so patient waiting on our front steps.

Mommy told her that as soon as the sun went night night and the moon woke up we could start trick or treating.  So in this picture she was talking to the sun...."night night sun, see you in the morning".

At our first house, we knocked on the door, and she was listening for foot steps..."mommy, listen I hear footsteps".
