My Walks

For Christmas Lonny gave me some really cook walking shoes. They are from Nike and called Nike+. There is a chip that you can put into the sole of your shoe that transmitts to your iPOD. It'll track how long you've walked (or ran), how many miles, how many calories you've burned, how fast your going...etc. Then you can down load your walk onto Nike+'s website to show all of your history. If you want you can become part of other groups to compare how you're doing vs others. It's pretty cool. I wear these shoes when it's not raining.

If you have the same type of shoes let me know and we can be part of a group to see how each other are progressing in their workouts, etc.

I found this out by my sister Kris. She has other friends that have it too.
