We're almost done with the renovation!   Can you tell the difference of the outside of the house?  New roof, new paint, new trim, and new windows.  Next wee or two will be a new door..  I think the new paint and trim really make a difference!

The painters have the cabinets out to paint for the new family room cabinet area.  You can see we modernized the look vs a posts a few back.

The painters have a lot  covered to get ready to paint the trim and walls.  However, through the plastics you can get a sence of what the new cabinets look like.

I have always wanted a flowering tree in my front yard! :)  See the house in the back to the right?  That's where the new neighbors just moved in.  They have a 3 year old girl too!  YEAH!
