Sometimes dessert is so good you just have to slurp up every last bite!Last night Lonny and I went on a date while Sophia was being watched by one of her baby sitters, Rachel.
We went to Walnut Creek Yacht Club (funny b/c there is no yachts or water in Walnut Creek). They had great seafood! We then walked down the street to 1515 to enjoy music and dessert. It was a great time.
Today, Lonny wanted to spend Father's Day just hanging out with family. So we went to Father's Day breakfast in Danville. He liked it so much that he wanted to go back a few hours later to enjoy the arts festival occurring in the town and lunch while watching the US Open.
Later we came home for him to continue watching the US Open and then watched movies (his favorite past time).
As usual, we got a call from his grandpa. It looks like he'll be here on Monday to visit for a few days. Hey, he used to call when he was in town saying he was here to visit so getting 1 days notice is good for him!!! :) Ya, gotta love him. It'll be good to see him and Mona. I'm sure they'll be excited to see their great granddaughter.
