This past Thursday I attended a training seminar through Linkage in San Francisco with my work collegues, Janet and Tom. It was taught be a well renowned executive coach Marshall Goldsmith (picture to the right). He recently authored and published the book to the right. It's rated #1 Business Book. His coaching is simple...I mean so simple I found myself saying "no duh". BUT, I enjoyed the day and it helped me reflect upon my future behaviors that I should or in his words "should NOT focus on". I'm going to start reading this book. I'll let you know how it goes.
